1. Processing Time
We hand-prepare and quality-check every order before shipping.
All orders are processed within 3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

All orders are shipped from our studio in Ruse, Bulgaria (43 Borimechka St.), and delivered worldwide.
3. Shipping Methods & Providers
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via Post One, which partners with leading global carriers including USPS, DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, La Poste, and others depending on the destination.
Domestic Shipping (Bulgaria)
Orders placed from within Bulgaria may be shipped via Econt or Speedy.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Europe
• Processing: 3 business days
• Transit: 5–7 business days
United States & Canada
• Processing: 3 business days
• Transit: 7–14 business days
Bulgaria
• 1–2 business days after processing
Rest of World
Delivery times vary depending on destination and the local carrier within the Post One network.
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures or courier delays.
5. Shipping Costs
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
6. Taxes, Duties & Customs
All taxes and import duties are included in the final price.
You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
7. Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided for every order.
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking link and carrier details.
8. Delivery Issues & Responsibility
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs inspections, or other external factors.
However, we always assist customers in resolving delivery issues.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped after correction. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at support@satorisands.com.
We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
