Refund policy

We want you to feel completely at ease when shopping with Satori Sands.
 If your piece doesn’t feel quite right, you can return it.

 

 

1. Return window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

 

 

2. Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • in the same condition it was received

  • unworn, unused, and free of signs of wear

  • with all original tags attached

  • in its original packaging

Your order confirmation email serves as proof of purchase.

 

 

3. How to start a return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • your order number

  • which item you want to return

  • the reason for the return

  • photos if the item is damaged or defective

Return parcels must be sent to:

 Bulgaria

Items sent back without prior authorization (i.e., without requesting a return first) will not be accepted.

 

 

4. Return shipping costs

  • For returns due to size, preference, or change of mind - the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items - we will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).

 

 

5. Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
 If your item is:

  • damaged during transit

  • defective

  • different from what you ordered

contact us as soon as possible and include photos.
 We will review the case and resolve it — either with a replacement or a refund.

 

 

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive another size or style is:

  1. Return the item you received.

  2. Once the return is approved and processed, place a new order for the desired item.

 

 

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved:

  • the refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • lease allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process it

If more than 15 business days pass after your return is approved and you have not received your refund,  please contact us at office@satorisands.com.
